Welcome! I’m glad you’re curious about therapy. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process.
I work with kids of all ages (3+), couples & families and individuals.
My clinical interests include ADHD (children & adults), PMDD, anxiety and marriage therapy.
My clients would tell you they enjoy my wit and the relaxed atmosphere I create. I use talk therapy, mindfulness, sand tray, art therapy and other experiential models. We can work together to understand what you need in a therapeutic space.
I am a mother, wife and proud dog owner. My previous careers have spanned from cosmetology, to childcare to Human Resources. All of these had the commonality of people, which led me to become a therapist.
I enjoy cooking, binging a good series, hanging with those I care about and being outside.
I look forward to working together. Please request an initial consultation and we can take the first step.

A Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional is a clinician with advanced training in integrating mindfulness practices into therapy. This approach combines evidence-based counseling with practical tools that help you build awareness, regulate emotions, and respond to life with intention rather than reactivity. It is not just about talking through challenges. It is about strengthening your ability to navigate them with clarity and steadiness.
In my work at Embody Mental Wellness, I weave mindfulness into sessions in grounded, accessible ways. Together, we slow things down, notice patterns, and build skills that support resilience, healthy boundaries, and a deeper connection to yourself. If you are looking for therapy that feels both reflective and empowering, mindfulness-informed care offers a path that is practical, compassionate, and growth-oriented.
